You are invited to the workshop – Connect with Family and Friends – to develop your digital skills.

The workshop is free for all seniors over 50 and includes morning tea.

When? 18 October 9-11 am

Where? Ipswich Library, Nicholas St, Ipswich

Cost? Absolutely FREE

About the workshop:

The event planned is a morning tea aimed to connect you with family and friends online and will answer questions about emailing, messaging, social media and video calls.

This is an introduction to all the amazing platforms available to connect and reconnect you with your near and dear.

The event will enable you to develop confidence and skills to use technology to connect with your loved ones. We want to inspire you to get excited about the digital world and encourage continued learning through the Be Connected program.

Depending on attendees’ skills level, the following will be introduced:

  • Emails
  • WhatsApp
  • Facebook
  • Instagram
  • FaceTime
  • Zoom
