Whether wearing his hat as local event runner, family man or even as the mysterious man in khaki Shayneo Irbin – Western loves Logan and everything in it.

His character Irbin is driven by a mission to spread happiness and promote his city not only through his growing fan base but also being sighted at community events and other locations through the city.

He is community involved and an individual more dedicated to his home region would be hard to find. Shayne’s community involvement is long and includes bushfire appeals, sporting club fundraisers, Christmas events, a cancer appeal for a sick children and charity drives.

As part of the Loganholme Cricket Club he helped raise $14,000 for the McGrath Foundation.

Away from his alter ego Western is husband to wife Tracey and dad to two children Harrison and Ashlynn.
